By making a booking online, you are declaring that you will follow the following rules:

1) Buoyancy aids are available for all, they MUST be worn by children under the age of 14 and non-swimmers.

2) You MUST NOT embark or disembark on any boat without a member of staff to assist you.

​

3) Please DO NOT disturb wildlife or drop litter in the lake, please use the bins provided when you return from your booked session.

4) All boats are let at the hirer's risk (responsibility of damage to the boat howsoever caused/the unsafe and reasonable use of the boat/you are advised not to stand up on the boat/you must notify us immediately of any damage or loss of equipment).

5) We reserve the right to refuse hire (minimum lead hirer's age of 18, you CAN NOT hire if you are intoxicated in any way)

6) Personal belongings that are left on the dock are left at your own risk/we are not responsible for lost, broken or stolen belongings during your boat hire session.
